The Look and Feel Lean Program
How does your Program work?
The Look and Feel Lean Program is hybrid program. That means there is a combination of expert in-person service as well as a digitally delivered online program.
As your fitness partner, I provide you with a flexible exercise training plan and education, complete nutrition coaching and education, and the accountability you need to achieve the results you want.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER the look and feel lean program?
The Online Program is delivered through a customized portal and app that contains your workouts, videos, how-to guides, and more.
In person training is delivered at our training space inside the Comerica Centre (Frisco, Texas).
I haven't worked out in the last 6 months, is this service for me?
The program starts at a very accessible level but quickly and safely propels you forward. People of all fitness levels are welcome.
WHAT MAKES working WITH YOU DIFFERENT?

What is your Refund/cancellation policy?
I fully believe in our programs and the guidance within them.
If you try the program and let us know, within 30 days, that it's not quite the right fit then I will refund your money - no questions asked.
Training sessions: If you need to cancel an in-person training session then I require at least 24 hours notice.
Where is your studio?
The Body Transformation Solutions training space is inside the Comerica center in Frisco Texas. Reserved street-side parking is next to the gym on Avenue of the stars road.
Do I need to buy equipment?
The program is designed to be completed in a standard commercial gym setting so you do not need to need to purchase any equipment.
If you do wish to complete some of the workouts at home you will require an adjustable bench and a set of dumbbells.
WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE FOR TRAINING SESSIONS? WHAT SHALL I WEAR?
Whatever you’re comfortable in. Light athletic apparel is often a popular choice. Tennis shoes or footwear designed specifically for Training is a bonus.
